We Welcome All Groups
We offer private group visits to the Museum outside our public opening days for clubs, societies, businesses and corporate organisations and can host private events and meetings combined with Museum tours if required.
Our café can provide teas, coffees, soft drinks and, cakes and biscuits for smaller groups and external suppliers can be accommodated if required to provide catering for larger events.

Availability
On weekdays and weekends we offer group visits where in addition to opening the Museum display halls we offer, subject to volunteer availability, Trident airliner, Vulcan bomber and Museum workshop tours, where we can accommodate a maximum of 25 people on formal tours, see example below:
Formal Visit
1. Museum introduction – 5 minutes.
2. Split into groups of 5 for 20 minutes in each of the Vulcan, Trident, workshop, ‘propeller age’ and ‘jet age’ guided tours. 1hr 40mins.
3. Free time to view other areas of the Museum – 15 minutes.
Informal visit
As an alternative we can provide a much more informal arrangement with visitors moving freely about the Museum to see exhibits, engage with volunteer guides informally and breaking off for timed tours of the Vulcan, Trident and workshop as desired by individuals.
There is no limit on the number of visitors but only 30 places will be available on each of the Vulcan, Trident and workshop tours in the 2-hour period.
